Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where required by law. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund & Returns Policy.
All purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold or exported.
SECTION 4 – SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of two charges (the initial charge and the first renewal).
Subscription orders cannot be cancelled before the first renewal. Subscription cancellations must be requested by contacting us at info@houndwellness.com. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests made before the minimum subscription commitment has been fulfilled.
Refund and return rights do not apply to subscription orders, including cases where items are returned or refused. Subscription exchanges for future deliveries may be managed through your subscription account or by contacting our customer support team.
SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise Hound Wellness Ltd to charge your payment method for all applicable charges, including recurring subscription payments, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through the Services are transactions between you and Hound Wellness Ltd, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, including product quality, delivery, refunds, or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions with Hound Wellness Ltd.
