We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Subscriptions & returns (important)
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum of two charges (initial order and first renewal).
Return and refund rules do not apply to subscription orders.
This means subscription charges remain payable even if products are returned.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@houndwellness.com so we can resolve the issue.

Free items (Dental Chews)
If your order included free dental chews, these must also be returned with the main item for a return to be processed.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact info@houndwellness.com and our team will assist you.
Subscription customers can manage exchanges for future deliveries directly through their subscription account on our website.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
